	Welcome to Shore Acres – Gem of the Long Island Sound Shore Acres is a residential community situated on Long Island Sound in the Village of Mamaroneck, NY. Incorporated in 1945 SAPC is comprised of roughly 200 homes (and families) located on a neck of land bordered by two salt marshes known as the Guion and Otter Creeks. The Shore Acres community is known for its leafy residential streets that lead down to shared facilities that stand over the entrance to Mamaroneck Harbor. At this beautiful location, the SAPC clubhouse, pool, beach, and boating facilities are available to SAPC shareholders-members. This website is designed to serve as an interactive meeting place and information center for SAPC members. The site also provides useful information to realtors and potential buyers.
